Anyway, change of plan. Dinner's on Sunday instead Of saturday!
which is awfully close to monday (in fact, its practically thre next day) but at least we're having it at all.

I was reading steph's meme on her blog a couple of days ago and it says that she has a boyfriend.
Being er....naturally curious and a very concerned friend.
I demanded that she spill the beans as i was mailing her anyway
So here's some exerpts from her reply (which i have full permission to post)

haha. as for boyf. it was very shortlived. he noes the add of my blog hence i havent been able to post public stuff. if oni you were an LJ member too. ive been posting more locked posts which oni other members can read. ive mentioned him before. he's the one that used to date cassie. except he was a little too keen (read: horny goat weed) and me being the independent woman that i am, couldnt take it. altho on one of our dates he took me to the movies and then a realli nice restaurant for dinner. =P so i havent been able to bring myself to break up with him yet so we're kind of on a break. (er till end of the year) mind you it was his choice we didnt completely break up which i think is stupid cuz he has to wait for soo long. erm... wot else.. he's in yr11, altho our age, which makes him sort of like a toyboy since im ahead in terms of year level.. he's quite mature, quite tall, very sporty (which doesnt bode well for me cuz i DONT do sport), speaks german.. yea. that's all i remember for now. hmmm.. i forgot wot i was going to say. meh this is soo typical. oh yes. and im soo gonna dump him by next yr. i cant go to uni and still be dating a high school boy. there are much bigger fish to catch out there. whee.

It was sooo typically stephish that I burst out laughing just thinking about it the entire day.

haha. you have permission to put my reply up. we broke up this evening (the boyfriend and i) when he called after dinner having sent me a text i hadnt replied too.. see what i said about being too keen? sheesh. anyways.. yea. good thing too. im now free to catch the big fish at uni next yr. the conversation went something along the lines of :

me: hiya how are you? (trying to avoid the impending question was about as hard as pretending a pink hippo that had just walked into the room wasnt there)
him: ermm good. you?
me: fine. how was ur week?
him: erm fine. slightly tiring and boring
me: ahh. so what's up?
him: did you get my text?
me: text? you mean the one that suggested not a break (his goat-like persistence) but a seeing less of each other agreement?
him: er.. well yea that one and the one i just sent 2 secs ago
me: ahh. nope.
him: well, can i just ask wot's going on?
me: well you opted for a break (trying to avoid 'break-up')
him: i guess i did. well would you just like to reconsider this?
me: uh huh. mebe a break isnt such a good idea...
him: (his eagerness can be heard over the phone)
me: i dont think its gonna work out. we are erm quite different. you do SPORT!
him: well..
me: yea. i had a realli good time and thank you but i think this has got to be a break break
him: ahh.. soo not permenant? we can give it a shot at teh end of teh year?

at this point i wanted to shoot myself. but after a bit of cajoling he resigned to the fact that he wont be hearing from me in the near future. poor guy. i get bored soo quickly yanni!! how the hell am i ever gonna settle down and marry a guy till 'death do us part'? this was the longest relationship id ever been in and it was a mere month and a few weeks. it'll be more like. 'i take thee as beloved wedded husband- till the next funnier, more attractive guy comes along'. to his credit he did try his best.

haha guys, steph is not really the man eater that she sounds like at the mo. She just hasn't met the right guy. So if you ever do get her to go on a long term relationship with you, it just proves that you're incredibly interesting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

going to mv to shop for pressies for the rents with my sister. See what I mean about zero studying done???
