First Day Of School
yes I'm blogging in school. In a place called the sixth form centre. Where all the sixth formers hang out. apparently.
Everyone is at cross country but there are some people here with me. Dunno why.
Cross country’s on Friday by the way and its COMPULSORY.
YUCK.
Everybody’s been training for like 2 weeks and I get to train for a grand total of
0 daysthat’s right.
And I’m still expected to run 4 point freaking 2 km!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dunno which clubs to join but there’s an interact club. Maybe I’ll just go there.
And I dunno which sports to join (I have to as well =( )
On the up side, I have no moral studies or Malaysian studies or whatever.
Instead I have GP, which is really interesting but a tad pointless.
And I look fat in my uniform
I couldn’t find any nice round toed mary janes to wear to school so I bought dress shoes for boys! (the kind men wear to formal stuff) haha I had to get the biggest size in the kid’s department. The shoe lady was looking at me all funny when I tried them on.
My head girl – Hui Shurn has been really helpful and showing me around. She also happens to be my kindergarten friend, primary school friend, and class mate and speech and drama! I knew the world was small but this is….tiny.
If you guys (hcl-ers) don’t mind, can we have dinner on a Sunday? Cuz all Saturdays are occupied/full for other bodies (you know who you are).
Hm….the place is strangely silent now and my typing really noisy…. Where did everybody go???????????????
Oh, there’s somebody on the other side. Phew.
By the way, we’re doing translations for lit as well. They’re WAY ahead. They’ve already finished act one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I have a real test on FRIDAY *dies*
And I’m so bhind in eco. The teacher was drawing all these graphs and talking about x’s and y’s and I was just like =.=??
Same thing happened in eco.
GP was better cuz this is their first lesson.
Oh and they sell secret recipe cakes in school. I can just see all the lard piling on (on to me, that is).
Tried to make friends.
Really.
I was nice and smiley and agreeable to complete strangers.
But yeah I just had nothing to say to them.
Grwr…if only I had come earlier.
